No refunds will be provided. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policy for more details.
Nasx reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violating the ToS or engaging in activities that harm the service or other users.
Upon termination, user data may be retained for a period as specified in our data retention policy.
Nasx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Users agree to indemnify Nasx against any claims arising from their use of the service.
Users will not upload their own content on Nasx, but will add their information (e.g., email, contact number).

Any disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration to avoid litigation and reduce potential costs. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
